We make sure all our new clients feel welcome, safe, and cared for. 

Initial consults can be scheduled by calling the office at 203-815-7879.  Once booked we will send you an email invitation to the CHARM portal with your New Patient Questionnaires. We ask that you please submit this information through the electronic portal ASAP. These documents are required 48 hours prior to your first Naturopathic visit to hold your appointment or you may be rescheduled.

In order to provide the high quality of care that we offer our practice is primarily self pay.  An initial consult is $265, which is up to 60 minutes. Follow up visits and strategy calls are $135 up to 30 minutes, and $175 for up to 45 minutes. 

We are continuing to accept the Insurance companies listed below.  Please confirm coverage with their insurance company prior to scheduling an appointment to avoid any surprises. Should you have plans outside of those listed Super-bills can be provided at your request for self-submission to companies for out of network reimbursement.
