We’re delighted to welcome you to our practice, where your health and well-being are our priority. Our goal is to ensure every new client feels safe, cared for, and supported throughout their journey to better health.
Scheduling Your Initial Consult
To book your initial consult, please call our office at 203-815-7879. Once your appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive an email invitation to our CHARM portal, where you can complete your New Patient Questionnaires. These forms are required at least 48 hours prior to your first visit to secure your appointment. Failure to submit these documents in time may result in rescheduling.
Our Commitment to High-Quality Care
To maintain the exceptional standard of care you deserve, our practice primarily operates on a self-pay basis.
- Initial Consult: $349 (up to 75 minutes for self-pay clients or up to 60 minutes for insurance-based clients).
- Follow-Up Visits and Strategy Calls: $160 (up to 30 minutes) or $205 (up to 45 minutes) – exclusively available to self-pay clients.
Discounted Package Options for Self-Pay Clients
For ongoing support, we encourage our package options:
- 6-Visit Package: $1,050 (Save $45 – Regularly $1,095).
- 12-Visit Package: $1,950 (Save $240 – Regularly $2,190).
These packages are designed to provide consistent care while offering significant savings, making it easier to commit to your long-term health and wellness transformation.
Insurance Coverage
We currently accept the following insurance plans:
- Cigna
- Aetna
Please verify coverage directly with your insurance provider prior to scheduling your appointment to avoid any unexpected costs. For clients with other insurance plans, we are happy to provide Super-bills upon request for self-submission to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy
Your time is important, and we are committed to providing the best care possible. To help us serve all our clients effectively:
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $75 fee charged to your account.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full appointment fee.
