We’re so glad you found us. Every new patient at Good Medicine receives personalized, unhurried care focused on getting to the root of what’s going on. Here’s what to expect as you get started.
Scheduling Your Initial Consult
Call our office at 203-815-7879 to book. Once scheduled, you’ll receive an invitation to our CHARM portal (our secure patient portal) to complete your New Patient Questionnaires. Please submit these at least 48 hours before your visit to secure your appointment.
Supplement Pick-Up
Prepaid supplement orders are available for 24/7 pick-up at our Branford office. To place an order, message us through the CHARM portal or call during office hours.
Initial Consult · $425
Up to 75 minutes (self-pay) · Up to 60 minutes (Cigna)
- Comprehensive review of your health history and timeline
- Lab and lifestyle assessment
- Personalized plan integrating nutrition, targeted supplements, and mind-body strategies
- 6-week wellness support email series included with your first visit.
Follow-Up Visits:
- Follow-Up Visit · $160 (up to 30 minutes)
- Extended Follow-Up Visit · $205 (up to 45 minutes, self-pay clients only)
Package Options (Self-Pay)
- 6-Visit Package · $1,050 · save $45
- 12-Visit Package · $1,950 · save $240
Packages are the best fit for clients who are ready to go all-in on their health and come with real savings.
A Note on Courses and Events
As a Good Medicine patient, you receive priority access and reduced rates on any virtual courses and programs we offer, including our Restorative Sleep Method
Insurance Coverage
Currently in-network with Cigna only. All other clients are self-pay. Superbills available upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We recommend confirming your out-of-network benefits before scheduling.
Cancellation Policy
Your time is important, and we are committed to providing the best care possible. To keep things running smoothly for all our clients:
- A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Less than 48 hours notice will incur a $80 fee.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments without prior notice, will be charged the full appointment fee.
