Call our office at 203-815-7879 to schedule. Once booked, you’ll receive an invitation to our CHARM portal (our secure patient portal) to complete your New Patient Questionnaires. Please submit these at least 48 hours before your visit to secure your appointment.
Prepaid supplement orders are available for 24/7 pick-up at our Branford office. To place an order, message us through the CHARM portal or call during office hours.
